Information on earning Eagle Scout
Here is information for Scouts working on their Eagle Project. More information is available here.
To: Scoutmasters June 26, 2006 Troop Committee Chairmen Troop Advancement Chairmen Life to Eagle Coordinators The Will Rogers District Advancement Chairperson wishes to address the subject of appropriate Eagle Projects. The following types of Good Turn projects will not be accepted as Eagle Projects in the Will Rogers District. 1. Fund Raisers 2. Food Drives 3. Blood Drives 4. Clothing Drives 5. Drives in General 6. Trail Chipping only 7. General Maintenance Projects 8. Building (establishing) a website It is strongly recommended that Eagle Projects should have a sense of permanence or lasting quality. If you have questions concerning the appropriateness of a proposed project, feel free to contact me.
